Snow White's Li'l Fellas - September 1963
Nobody bats an eye when a cartoon Dwarf walks around Disneyland. Except for that little girl, anyway, she's delighted! Sleepy (that is Sleepy, isn't it? Not Surly or Remorseful?) seems to be looking right at her, which puts to rest the rumor that he demanded no eye contact (and a bowl full of green M&Ms in his dressing room).

I think "that woman" is Snow White, yes? No idea about the number, tho...
I was going to say the same thing as Rain....it looks like it's Snow White and she's hangin' with some guests. Either that or she's trying to cut in line by entering through the exit.
Could the "15" be the clearance under the Monorail beam? Just in case any delivery trucks come through the splashdown area of the Matterhorn!
Rain and TM!, you might be right about the woman being Snow White. The giant white collar should have been the tip-off! I don't remember ever seeing her with a red cloak/cape before though... I'm still not 100 percent sure.
Ya, that's Snow!! As for the 15 could it be a reminder to the Monorail operator to slow down to 15 MPH as they enter the curve???
Connie is spot on. It's a speed limit sign for the Monorail.
Connie, you're a genius!
Thanks for the confirmation, CoxPilot
Looks like that guy is building up his courage to ask Snow on a date.
Way to go Connie on "15"!
