Casey Jr., 1956

I'm feeling lazy today. Well OK, I feel lazy every day. But even more so today.

Let us quietly - very quietly - contemplate this scene, as the colorful Casey Jr. Circus Train takes on a new load of wild animals to transport through Storybook Land.

Doesn't that tiny castle look an awful lot like the castle at Disneyland Paris? OK, I'm going back to bed.

Not so loudly as to disturb the Major...

Yes it does sort of.

Something about the Chalet, looking amazingly chaletesque on its tree studded dirt hills, almost lost in the blur. Look at the lady. In the pink dress, with casually elegant pose. She looks like she belongs in that scene with the whimsical chalet. She's not a cast member in a fantasy costume, not an actress. A regular lady, looked and dressed like that, here in the US, going to Disneyland, only 50 odd years ago. Just people watching, observing the times. Carry on...

Casey's smile is blocked by that bush! If no one can see him smile, how do we know his not frowning?
