Indian Village Fever

I'm working on a screenplay for a version of "Saturday Night Fever". In my version, a young working-class Native American kid finds his only joy by dancing at the Disneyland dance circle. This story has everything. Romance! Laffs! Wisecracking robots!

But our Indian hero learns a lot about life along the way, and in the end he leaves Disneyland to work at Knott's Berry Farm. It'll be in 3-D!

Those people on the suspension bridge are not dancing nor are they Indians.

I'm telling Jim Cameron you stole his premise for Avatar 2, right down to the 3D effects. Shame! Shame!

Oh, and how do you know they're not Indians? They could be "Indians of the Heart" like in "Dances with Wolves."

Every single family who crosses the suspension bridge goes into that exact same mode! It's like we all instinctively know how to protect our young on wobbly planks!

Thanks guys (and gal)!

Katella, you are right, but my guess is that those kids are actually professional wrestlers in their hearts.

Rich T., I know that my sister definitely did the same thing with her kids when they were little.
