I guess it is a case of "You had to be there".<br /><br />K. Martinez, I totally agree… though the old Fantasyland was built with a budget in mind, it still had a flat (cartoony?) feeling that somehow worked. That along with the pastel colored dark ride facades, tea cups and plenty of slurry. There's just something simple and old style, yet beautiful about the original Fantasyland.<br /><br />@Nanook - Looking at the image, I can feel the mist of Cascade peak too. There's something primal about water that sooths the mind and body.K.
